The decision to enter therapy/counseling is not always easy. Yet, it might be the best decision you eer make for yourself. Because we are designed to evolve, it is often in the challenges of life that we can learn who we are, how resilient we are, heal our wounds and grow through the process! Truly, these very difficult times can later be seen as gifts, as they offer the opportunity for expansion. However, this takes work and guidance, from one who has walked this path. Kelly is exactly that; she has walked her own healing jouney and is now sharing her joy and wisdom with those who are ready to be done with feeling that they are somehow not enough, and step into their inner authority.
Through working with someone who is grounded and able to hold a safe, as Kelly does, you too can learn to navigate life, living moment to moemnt, from a place of openness and accepance, rather than feeling that you are constantly struggling while you worry about the future or being stuck in the past.
Kelly is trained in multiple modalities that utilize mindfulness and uses this as a framework for the work that she does with her clients; it is this skill that helps you learn to stay HERE, rather than getting lost in the what ifs of tomorrow and the losses of yesterday. Kelly is also certified in Emotional Freedom Techinque (EFT/tapping) and uses this highly effective an dtransformative energy healing tool to help acheive her clients acheive amazing results.
